Acmefil Engineering Systems Pvt. Ltd., is a Company registered under Companies Act, 1956 for manufacturing of drying equipments like SPRAY DRYER, FLASH DRYER, SPIN FLASH DRYER, FALLING FILM EVAPORATOR, HOT AIR GENERATOR, DUST COLLECTORS, BAG FILTERS, ROTARY VALVE, PRODUCT SILOS, and other industrial equipments. Our manufacturing range also includes Pressure vessels, heating systems and other chemical equipments. We are making Tailor made equipments. Our plants are successfully working in various applications like Dyes, Dyes Intermediates, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Silica, Agro chemicals, Pigments, Meat extract, Herbal extract, Ceramic industry etc.

Ours is a company of young technocrats and is proud to have achieved a distinction of having supplied over 500 equipments . Plants supplied are of different capacities from 5 kg/hr water evaporation to 3500 kg/hr, handling extremely heat sensitive products like haemoglobin, herbal extracts to insensitive products like inorganic salts & ceramics. We have catered to all type of industries from Govt. organization to private entrepreneurs We have also worked with leading consultants like FEDO SPIC-SMO etc.

Our team strength has over 50 years of cumulative experience and comprises of personnel in specialized fields of Engineering, Process & Chemistry. We have been actively involved in solving industrial problems due to our innovative approaches have supplied Spray driers to tackle pollution problems thereby helping industries to survive.

Our Fabrication workshop is fully equipped to undertake manufacturing & Fabricating jobs. We are having required infrastructure and modern equipments like Argon welding machine, Cutting equipments, Overhead crane etc. with latest manufacturing and testing facilities backed by highly skilled man-power, trained for all types of fabrication works. We are also arranging for third party inspection.

We deal in Turnkey projects right from the grass root level to production with indigenous technology developed by constant hard work and modifications since last 15 years by us during our service tenure at different Companies.

Other than drying equipments, we also help to make environment pollution free. Our Aerators, Clarifiers, Clarifloculators, flash mixers, Flash concentrator, Reverse Osmosis, and other related equipments are working successfully in various industries.
